Job summary

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory seeks a PMV Lead to oversee the planning, operation, maintenance, and optimization of all Plant, Machinery & Vehicles assets across the organization. You will lead the PMV team, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with QHSE standards and project requirements.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of PMV management experience, with a track record in oil & gas, EPC, marine, or heavy engineering environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
• 12–15 years in PMV management.
• 5+ years in supervisory role in oil & gas or marine industries.
• CMMS and ERP experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMV operations to support yard activities and project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor PMV activities and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement and hiring for PMV assets.
• Maintain PMV records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop PMV maintenance schedules and KPIs.
• Mentor PMV engineers and technicians.
