XAD Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced PMO Manager with a strong telecom background to lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic project execution. You will drive end-to-end planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

As the primary client contact, you will manage communications, budgets, and governance frameworks, producing MIS dashboards for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent PM experience.
• PMO and large-scale portfolio management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with PMO governance frameworks and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic execution for telecom projects.

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager with a strong background in the Telecommunications industry (FIXED NETWORK/MOBILE NETWORK) to lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:


• Support end-to-end telecom project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per client requirements.


• Client Management:


• Act as a key point of contact for clients, manage expectations, handle communications, resolve issues, and ensure strong client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.


• Costing & Budget Control:


• Prepare project cost estimates, track budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost optimization while ensuring profitability of telecom projects.


• Reporting & Documentation:


• Prepare regular project progress reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients highlighting milestones, risks, and performance.


• Coordination with Teams:


• Coordinate with technical teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of telecom activities such as rollout, installation, and maintenance.


• Risk & Quality Management:


• Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain compliance with telecom industry and client specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.


• PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.


• Proven experience managing PMOs and large-scale project portfolios.


• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.


• Experience with project management tools and PMO governance frameworks.

• Do you have hands‑on experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, MIS reporting, and PMO governance for telecom projects?


• Have you directly managed client communications, project governance meetings, and stakeholder escalations for telecom operators or telecom clients?


• Are you proficient in using project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Jira, or similar PMO tools?
