Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced PMO Manager for our telecom projects. You will lead project governance, plan resources, and drive strategic execution across fixed and mobile networks.

You will manage client communications, budgeting, and reporting while coordinating with engineering teams and vendors to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery. Strong leadership and PMP credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing PMOs and large-scale project portfolios.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools and PMO governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project governance, resource planning, and strategic project execution.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee project costing, budgets, and cost optimization to ensure profitability of telecom projects.
• Prepare and present progress reports, MIS dashboards, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for rollout, installation, and maintenance.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure quality compliance with telecom standards.

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager with a strong background in the Telecommunications industry (FIXED NETWORK/MOBILE NETWORK) to lead project governance, resource planning, and strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Support end-to-end telecom project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per client requirements.

Client Management

Act as a key point of contact for clients, manage expectations, handle communications, resolve issues, and ensure strong client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.

Costing & Budget Control

Prepare project cost estimates, track budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost optimization while ensuring profitability of telecom projects.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare regular project progress reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients highlighting milestones, risks, and performance.

Coordination with Teams

Coordinate with technical teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of telecom activities such as rollout, installation, and maintenance.

Risk & Quality Management

Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain compliance with telecom industry and client specifications.
