YALLO Group in Dubai seeks a PMO Lead to own project and client administration behind consultant deployments. You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance & PMO, and manage day-to-day PMO work across enterprise client and delivery-partner accounts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and partners, handling SOWs and POs, processing timesheets and invoicing inputs, onboarding/offboarding consultants, and maintaining trackers with regular status reports. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years in a PMO or delivery operations role.
• Hands-on experience with SOWs, POs, timesheets and invoice preparation.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP, especially Odoo.
• Clear, confident communicator with enterprise clients and partners.
• UAE-based or able to relocate to Dubai.

Role summary

We are hiring a PMO Lead in Dubai to own the project and client administration behind our consultant deployments. You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance & PMO, and manage day-to-day PMO work across our enterprise client and delivery-partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Client and partner coordination: act as the day-to-day PMO contact for enterprise clients and delivery partners, keeping consultant placements, extensions and changes on track.
• Commercial documentation: prepare, track and renew SOWs, purchase orders and change requests, and flag expiries and gaps before they affect billing.
• Timesheets and billing inputs: collect and validate monthly consultant timesheets and billable days, and prepare accurate inputs for client invoicing.
• Consultant lifecycle: coordinate onboarding, deployment and offboarding paperwork with the recruitment and admin teams, including client-site access and documentation.
• Trackers and reporting: maintain PMO trackers and produce regular status reports for management.
• Process improvement: tighten PMO workflows in Odoo and shared trackers, and document repeatable procedures so the work does not depend on one person.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a PMO, project coordination or delivery operations role, ideally in IT staffing, consulting or professional services.
• Hands‑on experience with SOWs, purchase orders, timesheets and invoice preparation for multiple clients.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working in an ERP; Odoo experience is a strong plus.
• Clear, confident communicator with enterprise clients and partners, in writing and in meetings.
• Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines across several accounts at once.
• UAE-based or able to relocate to Dubai, with a working knowledge of UAE business practice.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or a similar project management certification.
• Exposure to Middle East and India consultant deployment, visas or payroll administration.
• Interest in AI-enabled ways of working.
