Job summary

Azizi Industries, the manufacturing arm of Azizi Developments, seeks a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee modular bathroom pods and high-rise construction plumbing works in the UAE. You will supervise installation, coordinate with MEP teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-site progress to meet schedules.

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in plumbing and construction is required; strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plumbing installation and related works for modular bathroom pods and construction projects.
• Monitor plumbers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary piping, valves, fittings, sanitary fixtures, and related plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for plumbing, drainage, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary connections.
• Inspect completed plumbing works for quality, alignment, proper installation, testing, and compliance.
• Coordinate pod plumbing connections, testing, snagging, rectification, and handover.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve plumbing/site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure plumbing works are properly coordinated with fit-out, architectural, and other construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and site requirements.

As aPlumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating plumbing installation and related works for modular bathroom pods and luxury high-rise construction projects. You will ensure all plumbing works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in plumbing and construction works.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor, Plumbing Foreman, MEP Supervisor, or similar role within a construction or contracting company.
• Strong construction background with hands-on experience in building and high-rise projects.
• Experience with modular bathroom pods/prefabricated bathroom units is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary piping, plumbing fixtures, valves, fittings, and bathroom plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing, MEP, shop, architectural, and construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating plumbers, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and multiple trades.
• Experience in plumbing testing, snagging, rectification, quality inspection, and handover.
• UAE experience with a reputable construction, contracting, MEP, modular bathroom/pod, or fit-out company is preferred.
