Swiss MEP Electromechanical Contracting seeks a seasoned Plumbing Engineering Lead to supervise plumbing works across diverse building projects in the UAE. You will review designs, shop drawings, and specifications, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards while coordinating with consultants and main contractors.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in plumbing engineering, UAE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater and hot water systems.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering qualification.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in plumbing engineering, preferably within the UAE MEP contracting industry.
• Strong experience in plumbing systems for building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and hot water systems.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of applicable UAE authority requirements and regulations, as relevant to the project.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice preferred.
