Fatherson International in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Plumbing BIM Specialist to design and maintain 3D Revit MEP models for multi-story projects. You will develop plumbing layouts, coordination drawings, and as-built records, ensuring integration with HVAC, electrical, and architecture.

You must have 3-5 years of Plumbing BIM experience, a Mechanical Engineering qualification, and deep knowledge of UAE/GCC standards.

Competenze

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of Plumbing BIM Modeling experience.
Previous experience with MEP Consultants/Engineering Consultants is mandatory.
Knowledge of UAE/GCC construction standards and authority requirements.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain 3D Plumbing BIM models in Revit MEP.
Prepare plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Model and coordinate plumbing systems (water, drainage, stormwater, irrigation).
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage.
Coordinate plumbing services with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
Review consultant drawings and project requirements.
Ensure BIM models comply with approved design drawings and project standards.
Prepare sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and documentation procedures.
