Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks an experienced Plumbing BIM Engineer to develop and coordinate plumbing models using Revit, ensuring feasible installation and clash-free coordination with MEP and architectural teams in Abu Dhabi.

You will manage water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems, perform clash detection, prepare drawings, and incorporate design changes while supporting BIM meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 5–8+ years of plumbing BIM experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Understanding of plumbing layouts, drainage gradients, pipe sizing and construction coordination.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
