Job summary

Fatherson International Fze in Sharjah is seeking a Mechanical BIM Engineer to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC, ductwork, and piping using Autodesk Revit. You will prepare coordinated shop drawings and installation drawings to support construction activities.

You will coordinate mechanical models with electrical and plumbing disciplines, ensure BEP and project specs compliance, maintain model quality, naming conventions, and revision control.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services coordination across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Proficient in interpreting design drawings and BIM Execution Plans.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical systems using Revit.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, elevations and installation drawings.
• Coordinate with design teams to meet project deadlines and ensure model accuracy.
• Extract quantities and material information from BIM models as needed.
• Maintain naming conventions and revision control.
