Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Dubai seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, safety and workforce management. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, reducing costs, and delivering high-quality output in a safe workplace.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, implement KPIs, and work with supply chain, finance and HR to optimize performance and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (8 12 years) in plant operations or production management preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient safe and high-quality production.
• Lead and coordinate production planning scheduling and inventory control.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track productivity quality safety and compliance.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team including production supervisors maintenance personnel and quality assurance staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety environmental and quality standards (ISO OSHA etc.).
• Collaborate with supply chain finance and HR departments to optimize operations.
• Develop and manage budgets and cost-control strategies.
• Report regularly to senior management on plant performance challenges and opportunities.
