Responsibilities

Support planning engineer in formulating training plans based on team competency.
Maintain and update training records to ensure timely delivery.
Plan optimum allocation of workforce and utilize wrench time efficiently.
Anticipate resource needs for unplanned jobs based on work criticality.
Monitor stock levels of spares and ensure timely replenishment.
Analyze reports to identify permanent and temporary actions.
Prepare strategies and task lists in coordination with relevant sections.
