Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Planning Officer to identify execution team competencies and assign work order tasks to ensure timely delivery. You will support planning engineers by training planning staff, updating training records, and developing maintenance planning items in coordination with sections under the Planning engineer's direction.

You will effectively plan optimum workforce allocation for designated work orders in Oil & Gas/I&C environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Officer in I&C maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify the competencies of execution team and assign the work order tasks effectively.
• Support planning engineer in identifying the competency level of the execution team to formulate training plan.
• Update the training record and plan for timely delivery to the team members without lapse.
• Develop the following maintenance planning items in close coordination with the respective sections under the direction of Planning engineer.
• Effectively plan the optimum allocation of workforce for a designated work order activity.
