Job summary

See & Recruit seeks an experienced Planning Engineer to lead Planning & Project Controls across the full project lifecycle in UAE real estate development. You will drive Integrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS Project and deliver executive reporting with Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated master planning and scheduling across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project controls, progress monitoring, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with development, design, PM, procurement, finance, legal and construction teams.
• Oversee pre-development planning, feasibility and development programs.
• Navigate authority approvals, escrow and regulatory tracking.
• Forecast cash flow and support commercial planning.
• Produce client/investor progress updates and dashboards.
• Drive AI tools and digital reporting initiatives; EOT reviews and recovery planning.

Requirements
