Job summary

GRID in Dubai seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead Planning & Project Controls across the full project lifecycle for UAE Real Estate developments.

The role covers integrated master planning with Primavera P6/MS Project, project controls, forecasting, and reporting, coordinating with development, design, procurement, finance, legal and construction teams. A Civil Engineering degree with 8–12 years in planning is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–12 years in Planning & Project Controls.
• Experience with UAE Real Estate Developers.
• Residential, mixed-use, villa and high-rise developments knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Project Controls, progress monitoring & executive reporting.
• Pre-Development planning, feasibility & development programs.
• Authority approvals management & regulatory compliance tracking.
• Cash flow forecasting & commercial planning.
• Liaise with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Finance, Legal & Construction teams.
• Sales & marketing launch readiness planning.
• Client/investor progress updates & reporting.
• EOT reviews, delay analysis & recovery planning.

• RERA Registration, Escrow & Regulatory Compliance Tracking

• Coordination with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal & Construction Teams
• Sales & Marketing Launch Readiness Planning
• Client / Investor Progress Updates & Reporting
• EOT Reviews, Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–12 years’ experience in Planning & Project Controls
• Experience working with a UAE Real Estate Developer
• Experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise Developments
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel
• Understanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development Processes
