Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Planning Engineer to develop and monitor detailed schedules for interior fit-out and joinery projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and Design teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements include 3–5 years in UAE planning, hands-on Primavera P6 expertise, advanced Excel skills and the ability to develop centralized dashboards showing progress across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UAE interior fit-out planning experience.
• 3–5 years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6; MS Project a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel for trackers and dashboards.
• Experience developing centralized project dashboards.
• Knowledge of baselines, look-ahead, critical path, recovery planning.
• Knowledge of design, shop drawings, procurement, site execution, inspections.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead programs, recovery programs and revised schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Commercial, Design and other departments.
• Monitor actual progress and report delays and deviations against baseline schedules.
• Develop and maintain centralized dashboards showing progress, delays and milestones.
• Track milestones including design approvals, submittals, procurement, shop drawings, site execution, handover.
• Identify critical path activities and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare KPIs, S-curves and management dashboards.
