Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead projects from award through design coordination, procurement, site execution and handover. You will drive schedules, budgets, and risk management while maintaining high-quality finishes for premium interiors.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6 to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or high-end interiors is mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and handover docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior fit-out and joinery projects from award to close-out.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and site teams to meet scope, time and budget.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for clear deliverables.
• Develop and monitor execution plans, schedules, and procurement requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC and HSE compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, cost, risk, and variance to stakeholders.
