Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead projects from award through design coordination, procurement, site execution and handover. You will drive schedules, budgets, and risk management while maintaining high-quality finishes for premium interiors.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6 to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or high-end interiors is mandatory.
Hands-on knowledge of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and handover docs.

Responsibilities

Lead interior fit-out and joinery projects from award to close-out.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and site teams to meet scope, time and budget.
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for clear deliverables.
Develop and monitor execution plans, schedules, and procurement requirements.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC and HSE compliance.
Prepare regular reports on progress, cost, risk, and variance to stakeholders.
