Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out planning, preferably within UAE or GCC region.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under time-sensitive project deadlines.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules for multiple fit-out and construction projects, coordinating timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. The role involves monitoring progress, updating schedules, preparing regular reports, and supporting project control activities to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with contractual requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing productivity data, identifying risks and delays, proposing mitigation plans, and collaborating with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors. The Planning Engineer will also contribute to improving planning processes and tools to support efficient project execution across Orro's portfolio.

Qualifications
