Job summary

The role requires strong planning, analytical and communication skills, with experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office. You will collaborate with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out planning, preferably within UAE or GCC region.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under time-sensitive project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple fit-out and construction projects.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and prepare regular reports.
• Identify risks and delays, propose mitigation plans, and support project control activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
