Job summary

Linea Projects is seeking a Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for main contracting construction projects in Dubai. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years UAE experience.

You will prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports, monitor progress against targets, highlight delays and risks, and coordinate with project, commercial, procurement and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in construction planning and progress management.
• Main contracting experience preferred.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and highlight delays/risks.
• Coordinate with project, commercial, procurement and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, EOT/claims support and progress reporting.
