Job summary

Linea Projects is seeking a Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for main contracting construction projects in Dubai. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years UAE experience.

You will prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports, monitor progress against targets, highlight delays and risks, and coordinate with project, commercial, procurement and site

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in construction planning and progress management.
Main contracting experience preferred.
Strong experience in project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
Monitor project progress against planned targets and highlight delays/risks.
Coordinate with project, commercial, procurement and site teams.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, EOT/claims support and progress reporting.
