Job summary

PureHealth in Dubai seeks a Regulatory & Logistics Specialist to secure regulatory approvals for shipments and manage product custody and registration processes. You will oversee documentation, inspections, and compliance with MOH/DOH standards, while coordinating with FANR and other authorities.

Strong knowledge of customs clearance and licensing requirements is essential, with at least 2 years in regulatory/logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD is required.
  • MOH or DOH license is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory or logistics.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain regulatory approvals/permits for shipment clearance.
  • Maintain custody transfer and inventory requiring FANR approval.
  • Classify/register products as needed.
  • Regulatory documents control and compliance.
  • Perform routine warehouse inspections per protocols.
  • Reconcile logistics payments and MOFAIC attestations.
  • Represent the company with authorities (MOHAP, DOH, FANR, Dubai Municipality, TDRA, MOIAT, DCD).
  • Provide backup support to teammates as required.

Job description

  • Regulatory approvals/permits acquisition for shipment clearance
  • Custody Transfer and maintain the Inventory of products required FANR's approval
  • Classification/Registration of Products (if required)
  • Regulatory Documents controller
  • Routine inspection of the warehouse according to the protocols
  • Logistics Credit Card payment reconciliation
  • License renewal / Drug Store registration renewal and all Mandatory Standards set by the Ministry of Health/DOH & Assist them upon their physical inspection at WH.
  • Import Invoices attestation with MOFAIC
  • Working as backup and support of other teammates whenever required.
  • Regulatory Approvals/Permits and representing the company in front of different authorities (such as MOHAP, DOH, FANR, Dubai Municipality, TDRA, MOIAT, DCD, etc)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • MOH Or DOH license
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in regulatory / logistics division
  • Knowledge of custom clearance procedures
