Job summary

Zohorecruit in Dubai seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure safe, GMP-compliant production of pharmaceutical products.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing supervision, with strong cGMP knowledge and leadership skills. The position focuses on achieving targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Solid dosage form manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, batch documentation, quality systems and manufacturing controls.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensing, manufacturing and packaging to meet daily targets.
• Ensure all production activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, EHS standards, hygiene and PPE requirements.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, yield, wastage and adherence to planned timelines.
• Ensure readiness, qualification, calibration and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Review batch records, SOPs, protocols, reports and other manufacturing documents.
• Initiate and support deviation investigations, CAPA, change controls and timely quality-document closure.
• Coordinate material availability with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
• Support internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead, train and develop production personnel to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and implement continuous-improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and cost control.
