Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead honey production facilities, driving safety, quality, and efficiency across all stages of manufacturing. You will oversee GMP/GDP compliance, regulatory inspections, QA labs, maintenance, and end-to-end supply chain while implementing continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, a Pharmacy degree, and proven

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Industrial Management is an advantage.
Experience minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with GMP facilities mandatory.
Experience managing multidisciplinary production teams and familiarity with regulatory inspections is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all factory operations for safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
Develop annual production strategies and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
Ensure GMP, GDP, HACCP, ISO 22000, UAE/EU organic and other applicable regulations are met.
Direct honey processing, filling, packaging, labeling, warehousing and logistics operations.
Review production schedules and ensure targets are achieved; monitor efficiency and yields.
Oversee QA/QC laboratory operations, and ensure materials and products meet specifications; review deviations and CAPA.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance; minimize downtime through planning and upgrades.
Drive digital transformation and manufacturing automation; benchmark against best practices.
