Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site in Dubai, UAE. The role oversees warehouse operations to ensure compliant receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of materials and finished products.

Requires 5+ years in pharma warehousing, strong leadership, planning and GMP/GDP knowledge, plus hands-on SAP/ERP and QMS documentation experience. Full-time on-site position with emphasis on regulatory audits and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, inventory control, material handling and warehouse quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage and issuance of materials and finished products.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliant storage conditions, labeling and handling.
• Manage material dispensing, returns, reconciliation and related warehouse documentation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, ageing, near-expiry, obsolete and non-moving materials.
• Coordinate material release with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
