Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in the United Arab Emirates seeks a field-based Medical Sales professional to promote products to healthcare professionals following a defined strategy. You will build and maintain relationships with hospitals and clinics, conduct congresses, and classify stakeholders for targeted engagement.

Required are a pharmacy degree and 2–4 years of pharma sales in the Dubai market, with fluency in English and Arabic, a valid driving license, and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Strong experience in the Dubai/UAE pharmaceutical market.
• Experience with Gastroenterology products is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals to promote Ferring products following the set marketing strategy.
• Participate in local, regional and international scientific congresses determined by the company.
• Classify doctors and other stakeholders according to segmentation and targeting criteria; update files as needed.
• Inform healthcare professionals about products, handle objections, and outline product advantages.
• Ensure information is communicated to other departments when necessary.
• Monitor market feedback, tender opportunities, and competition; report to the line manager.
