Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in the United Arab Emirates seeks a driven medical sales professional to promote our products to doctors and healthcare professionals. You will build and maintain relationships, share market insights, and support local and regional congresses according to ethics and strategy.

The role requires 2–4 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals to promote products and build relationships.
• Participate in local, regional and international congresses.
• Classify doctors and stakeholders and manage files.
• Inform professionals about product usage and handle objections.
• Ensure other departments receive market feedback and coordinate marketing materials.
• Organize and manage budgeted promotional activities.
