Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a results-oriented Pharma Sales professional for the Dubai UAE market. You will promote Ferring products to healthcare professionals, manage key accounts, and participate in congresses to strengthen relationships with GI specialists and hospital purchasers.

The role requires 2–4 years in pharma sales, fluency in English and Arabic, CRM proficiency, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Strong experience in the Dubai/UAE pharmaceutical market.
• Proven experience working with Gastroenterologists (GI specialists).
• Experience in Key Account Management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals to promote products following the set marketing strategy and approved frequency.
• Participate in local, regional and international scientific congresses.
• Classify doctors and stakeholders and manage files and relationships.
• Inform healthcare professionals about product uses, materials, objections and advantages.
• Coordinate with other departments to relay information to doctors when needed.
• Gather market information on doctors' concerns and competitors; monitor tenders and health authority instructions.
• Organize territory activities within approved budgets and ensure ROI.
• Monitor product consumption and sales performance; report daily activities and upcoming plans.
