Job summary

Julphar is seeking a Medical Representative in the United Arab Emirates to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, clinics, and healthcare facilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, presenting therapeutic solutions and supporting physicians in decision-making.

In this role, you will implement the territory plan, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute the sales strategy, ensuring Julphar’s growth in the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science is mandatory.
• MBA is an advantage.
• 2–4 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of distributor/agents operations, government accounts, tendering, contracting and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Julphar products to healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Develops and manages the assigned sales territory.
• Implements the company’s sales and marketing plan.
• Maintains CRM data, daily reports, and market feedback.
• Drives revenue growth and achieves targets.
