Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai is seeking a Petrochemicals Operator to oversee end-to-end trading operations, logistics coordination, and contract management in a Dubai-based role. You will ensure seamless trade execution, cargo nominations, and vessel scheduling while coordinating with traders, suppliers, and port authorities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in petrochemical operations or shipping logistics, with strong knowledge of trade finance, risk management, and ERP/trading software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in petrochemical operations, commodity trading, or shipping logistics.
• Strong background in trade execution, contract management, and logistics coordination.
• Experience with LCs, vessel nominations, and port operations.
• Knowledge of international petrochemical trade flows and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of petrochemical trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with traders, suppliers, shipping companies, and counterparties to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Monitor and manage contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with trade terms.
• Ensure proper handling of cargo nominations, vessel scheduling, and logistics coordination.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and port authorities for timely shipments.
• Manage LCs, shipping documents, and customs clearance procedures.
