Job summary

Hydropower Energy And General Construction LLC is seeking a Permit Coordinator with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage ADNOC Permit-to-Work processes onsite in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the PTW process per ADNOC requirements and site procedures.

• Coordinate with Permit Issuers/Receivers, Area Authorities, HSE and site supervisors for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and UAE regulations.
• Maintain registers of active, suspended, expired, and closed permits.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify PTW compliance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Permit coordination, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Valid ADNOC-approved Permit-to-Work certification/training is required.
• Coordinate and manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process in accordance with ADNOC requirements and site procedures.
• Review permit applications to ensure all required information, risk assessments, method statements, and supporting documents are complete.
• Coordinate with Permit Issuers, Permit Receivers, Area Authorities, HSE personnel, and site supervisors for permit approval and execution.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and registers of all active, suspended, expired, and closed permits.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with PTW requirements.
