Job summary

Hydropower Energy in the UAE is looking for an experienced civil engineer to lead on-site construction and maintenance activities for water utility and infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes safe execution, quality delivery, and efficient coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with 5-10 years in related fields. ADNOC/TAQA or municipal project exposure is advantageous for immediate onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in water utilities, civil & infrastructure projects in UAE.
• Experience with ADNOC, TAQA Group, and Municipalities/Transport authorities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil construction and maintenance works per approved drawings and procedures.
• Perform excavation, concrete works, blockwork, backfilling, paving and general civil works.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and subcontractors on daily activities.
• Follow HSE, PTW and site safety requirements.
