Job summary

Hyf Medical Center in Dubai seeks an experienced scrub/ circulator nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care. You will prepare the OR, assist surgeons, monitor patients, and ensure sterile technique while supporting dermatology and day-surgery procedures.

The role requires 5+ years of nursing, DHA license, BLS, and ideally ACLS, with a focus on premium patient care for VIP and international clients. Fluency in English and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid professional qualification.
Valid DHA Registered Nurse license and BLS certification.
Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience preferred.
Experience with VIP or international patients is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, professional nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Prepare the operating room, instruments, equipment and supplies for procedures.
Assist surgeons during surgical and minor procedures.
Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques throughout procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
Support dermatology, aesthetic, regenerative medicine, and day surgery procedures.
Assist with post-operative monitoring, discharge planning, and patient education.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses for quality care.
