Job summary

HSBC UAE is seeking a Performance & Reward Partner to embed performance management policy and support pay and benefits outcomes across the UAE. You will ensure reward approaches remain competitive and compliant while aligning with HSBC values.

You will work with senior stakeholders and HR colleagues in a matrix environment to provide inputs to annual and off-cycle pay decisions, oversee reward reporting, and strengthen governance and decision quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience embedding performance management in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation and market salary methodologies.
• Ability to navigate local regulatory requirements and translate changes into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Embed performance management policy across the UAE in line with global standards and local requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and HR Generalists to align reward approaches with business aims and HSBC values.
• Review existing reward programmes and support design of new programmes to stay effective, compliant and competitive.
• Oversee reward reporting and communications including metrics for senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Manage the annual pay review cycle including budgets, eligibility checks, system readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide inputs to pay review decisions on and off-cycle including FP ranges and market data.
• Oversee benefits policies to ensure competitive and cost-effective options.
• Shape wellness and recognition propositions supporting policy implementation.
• Interpret regulatory changes and advise on performance and reward requirements.
