This full-time, on-site position involves work hours from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours based on project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related designing field.
• Min. 3-4 years of experience required.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling/animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

Motion Graphics & Content Creation Expert

A Motion Graphics & Content Creation Expert is a versatile creative professional responsible for designing, animating, and editing high-quality visual content. This role bridges the gap between traditional design and dynamic motion, producing assets that are optimized for digital platforms (social media, websites), broadcast/electronic media, and print materials.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos (sizzle reels, explainers, advertisements) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Social Media Content Creation

• Produce dynamic, platform-specific content ("TikToks, Instagram Reels/Stories, Facebook/LinkedIn ads") to increase interaction, with a focus on fast, trend-oriented creation.

Print Design

• Conceptualize and design print materials—such as brochures, flyers, banners, and packaging—ensuring brand consistency across all mediums.

Concept Development & Storyboarding

• Collaborate with project manager to translate ideas and briefs into effective visual stories, from initial brainstorming to final, high-quality rendering.

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a consistent brand identity (color palette, typography, style) across digital, social, and print, ensuring all deliverables align with company guidelines.

Asset Management

• Organize, archive, and optimize graphic files, ensuring proper naming conventions and version control.

Education & Experience Requirement
