Furchild is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern in Dubai for a part-time role. You’ll build and manage campaigns on Meta and Google, maintain account hygiene, and run structured tests while collaborating with design and analytics teams.

The role emphasizes learning on the job with weekly reports, mentorship from the marketing lead, and potential conversion to a full-time position based on performance. UAE eligibility required.

Competenze

• Genuine eagerness to learn performance marketing; no prior paid campaign experience required.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Eligible to undertake a paid internship in the UAE.
• Exposure to Meta or Google Ads (coursework, freelance, own project or certification).
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience.
• E-commerce or D2C experience (Shopify a plus).
• Interest in pets or pet nutrition.

• Build, launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
• Maintain account hygiene: negative keywords, audience exclusions, budget pacing, bid adjustments.
• Plan and run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Brief and rotate ad creatives with the design team to minimize creative fatigue.
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate; flag problems the same day.
• Maintain tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs.
• Deliver a weekly performance report and a monthly review with recommendations.
• Document every account and process in a shared playbook.
• Help with social content, competitor ad monitoring and promotions.
• Assist with in-store and event activations when needed.

Job Description

Performance Marketing (80%)
