Zusammenfassung

Furchild is seeking a recent graduate or final-year student for a UAE-based social media internship in Dubai. You will own the monthly calendar, coordinate with stakeholders, and help grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and beyond, tying content to UAE moments that matter.

You should be comfortable on camera and behind it, able to shoot and edit a short video on your phone using CapCut or InShot, and write clear English copy.

• Strong understanding of social platforms & why posts work.
• Comfortable on camera and with basic video editing.

Job Description:

Planthe Month

• Run the monthly social media calendar acrossevery channel we are on: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and anynew ones we add.
• Meet stakeholders (marketing, product, FoodAdvisers, retail, vet partnerships) before each month to collect launches,offers, events and key messages, and lock the calendar before the month starts.
• Tie the calendar to UAE moments that matter forpet parents: summer heat, travel season, Ramadan and Eid, back to school,National Day, adoption drives.

Getthe Creatives Made

• Write clear creative briefs and work with thecreative team (designers, videographers, editors) to deliver every post ontime.
• Track every asset from brief to approval to publishedand keep the team on schedule.
• Make sure every post is on-brand, accurate andapproved, especially anything that makes a health or nutrition claim.

Publishand Grow

• Schedule and publish content across all channels,adapting formats for each platform (Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories,LinkedIn posts).
• Shoot and produce UGC-style videos yourself on aphone: unboxing, mealtime reactions, "raw vs kibble" explainers,behind the scenes in our kitchen.
• Find and work with real Furchild customers andpet creators to produce authentic UGC.

LookAfter the Community

• Reply to comments and DMs across all channels,quickly and in Furchild voice.
• Respond to every Google review on our BusinessProfile, positive or negative.
• Route sales enquiries to the Food Adviser teamand service issues to customer care, so no lead or complaint is left sitting inan inbox.

Researchand Report

• Track what competitors and other pet brands (inthe UAE and globally) are doing organically, and share what is working.
• Spot trending audios, formats and topics early,and pitch how Furchild can join in within days, not weeks.
• Report monthly on what we posted, what performed,and what we will change next month.

Requirements

• A recent graduate or final year student inMarketing, Media, Communications or any related field.
• You live on social media and can explain why apost worked, not just that it did.
• Comfortable on camera and behind it. You canshoot and edit a short video on your phone (CapCut, InShot or similar).
• Excellent written English. Arabic is a strongplus.
• Organised enough to run a calendar with manymoving parts and many stakeholders.
• Confident enough to chase people for deadlines,politely.
• Basic Canva skills. Familiarity with MetaBusiness Suite or a scheduling tool is a plus.
• A love of animals. Even better if you are a petparent yourself.
