Job summary

Dentsu in Dubai is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts and lead a team of executives. You will translate client objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies across search, social, and e-commerce to deliver KPI-driven campaigns.

You will own client relationships, develop media plans, monitor ROI and account health, and provide detailed reporting and business reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently.
