Job summary

Credo Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist - Performance Management to lead hands-on implementation and continuous improvement of the group’s performance management framework. You will support annual performance cycles, calibrations, and related HR processes to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant HR experience with performance management.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end annual performance cycle.
• Strong knowledge of goals, KPIs, competencies and calibration.
• Experience building PM processes, policies and tools.
• HR analytics and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve the group’s performance management framework and processes.
• Ensure alignment with objectives, people strategy and values.
• Review tools and guidelines to boost effectiveness and experience.
• Develop and maintain PM policies, procedures, templates and guidelines.
• Coordinate end-to-end annual performance cycle.
• Support goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end evaluations.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on PM requirements.
• Monitor completion rates and timelines; address gaps.
• Prepare data and reports to support calibration and decision making.
• Support calibration exercises across functions and units.
• Analyse trends, ratings and distributions; provide insights.
• Assist with Performance Improvement Plans and interventions.
• Ensure PM data accuracy in HR systems and dashboards.
