Al Ghurair is seeking an Assistant Manager - People Services to oversee onboarding, offboarding, and visa renewals across multiple business units within P&C Shared Services in Dubai. The role focuses on compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and service excellence during system transitions.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple verticals, ensure SLA adherence, and report on key HR metrics to leadership, while coordinating with HR Partners, Finance, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business administration/Human Resources
• Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment policies across regions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR technology platforms, and Excel for data analysis
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding and offboarding end-to-end with compliance to SLAs
• Oversee visa renewals and government relations coordination for timely processing
• Maintain accurate employee records and system updates for new hires and exits
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on key HR metrics
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee group life and medical insurance administration, enrollment, renewal, and claims processing
