Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a proactive People Partner to support a dynamic joint venture in the luxury retail sector. You will guide people strategies, partner with leadership, and align HR initiatives for both corporate and frontline teams across a multi-brand environment.

In this role, you will manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance, development and employee relations, ensuring a proactive, inclusive and performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a People Partner, HRBP or in a comparable generalist HR role, preferably within luxury retail or customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to support both corporate and frontline operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and solutions orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted People advisor to the General Manager and leadership team across corporate and frontline retail functions.
• Translate business priorities into actionable People strategies and implement HR policies and frameworks.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, onboarding, and succession planning with a focus on high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive performance culture, development initiatives and capability gap analyses across corporate and retail teams.
• Oversee employee experience, engagement, and sensitive employee relations with discretion and empathy.
