Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a senior HR leader to own the People and Culture strategy for Level Shoes on a global scale. You will align leadership, capability, structure and culture to support growth and diversification, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Level leadership.

The role drives talent, performance, change and workforce planning across markets, partnering with Group Talent Acquisition and finance to manage people costs and investments.

Qualifications

• Senior level HR experience with executive leadership partnership.
• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury segment.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and omnichannel.

Responsibilities

• Lead People strategy and business partnering across Level Shoes globally.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on people, organisation and culture decisions.
• Build workforce plans, talent pipelines and succession for leadership roles.
• Own performance management, rewards architecture and pay competitiveness.
• Design and sponsor organisation design and effectiveness across divisions.
• Lead change management during expansion, digital transformation and restructuring.
