Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager – Human Capital Operations to oversee policy implementation and HC services across the district. You will coordinate recruitment support, ensure accurate documentation, and address workplace matters with regular store visits.

You will also partner with Payroll/Benefits, drive training and development, and contribute to performance management and workforce insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Business Admin or related field with professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR/HC experience, including at least 1 year in retail.
• Proven ability to implement HC policies and ensure compliance across locations.
• Strong focus on employee support, grievance resolution, and site visits.
• Ability to produce accurate HC reports and monitor policy adherence.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation of HC policies and procedures across the district.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for sourcing and onboarding.
• Oversee HC services and documentation; ensure employees have required documents.
• Address grievances and monitor attendance, dress code, and policy compliance during site visits.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate remuneration and benefits.
• Facilitate training and development, including on-the-job training.
• Support performance management: objectives, monitoring, appraisal coordination, feedback.
• Provide HC reports and workforce insights; participate in manpower planning.
