Job summary

haus & haus Group is seeking a senior leader to head People Operations, HR and Admin, shaping policies, performance reviews and employee relations for a fast-paced Dubai-based business.

You will oversee onboarding, benefits, offboarding and a range of operations, IT systems, and supplier contracts while collaborating with the Managing Director to drive execution and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in people operations and HR leadership.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance and salary reviews.
• Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.
• Familiarity with IT systems and HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Admin managers, set priorities and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage complex employee matters including complaints, labour cases, offboarding and senior exits.
• Oversee HR policies, employee handbook, and salary reviews.
• Support benefits decisions including medical insurance renewals.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement trends.
• Oversee onboarding, approve new role requisitions with MD approval and salary budgets.
• Coordinate induction plans for senior hires.
• Ensure operational readiness for new joiners.
• Oversee office facilities, maintenance, quotes and supplier issues.
• Review and sign key maintenance agreements and service contracts.
• Oversee supplier contracts, subscriptions, and external partners.
• Support IT lead with regular reviews and system improvements.
• Resolve cross-department IT and operational issues.
• Oversee implementation and improvement of key operational systems.
• Collaborate with MD to track priorities, clear roadblocks and drive execution.
• Oversee culture wellness initiatives, incentives and events.
• Act as central problem solver to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with external partners and coaches when needed.
