Job summary

The Sanad Group is seeking a Specialist – Human Resources to drive HR processes and initiatives within the Abu Dhabi business area. You will support HRBP leadership in translating plans into operational activities across performance management, workforce planning, and employee experience.

Under the guidance of the HRBP, you will coordinate HR activities, provide day-to-day support to employees and managers, and contribute to HR service delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Practical experience supporting multiple HR processes or functional areas.
• Experience in an operational or industrial environment (aviation, MRO, or engineering) is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver assigned HR activities with appropriate guidance and within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle accurately and within established timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine HR queries and provide professional support to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and audit readiness.
• Escalate non-routine matters to the HRBP / Senior HRBP as appropriate.
• Support PMO and calibration sessions in performance management.
• Coordinate workforce planning and recruitment activities with TA.
• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and survey follow-ups.
• Coordinate training programs and monitor completion of learning initiatives.
• Prepare HR data reports and maintain data integrity.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Refer complex employee relations matters to the HRBP / Senior HRBP.
• Track actions and ensure timely completion in HR programs.
• Support communication between HR and the business area.
