Job summary

M&C Saatchi Group seeks a proactive, data-driven People Operations Specialist for the MENA region, based in Dubai with hybrid working. You will support the employee lifecycle, partner with regional teams, and drive improvements to processes and compliance across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider MENA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering People Operations support in complex environments, including benefits, compliance, immigration, and global mobility.

Responsibilities

• Support effective, consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle. Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate upskilling sessions for managers and the wider People team. Collaborate regionally with People Partner and TA alongside Global Talent Development teams.
• Review and enhance processes, policies, and systems across MENA. Contribute to automation, scalability, and compliance initiatives. Support rollout and development of the Group’s policy suite.
• Act as escalation point for complex People Operations queries not resolved via self-service. Help resolve issues, identify recurring themes, and improve knowledge and processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support global employment and talent transfers. Guide relocation, visas, and remuneration for international moves.
• Support visa compliance and data protection awareness; ensure Right to Work checks, sponsorship, and visa processes are up to date across the Middle East.
• Assist in producing accurate People data and timely reporting for local and global audiences.
• Serve as a Workday champion, supporting functionality rollouts, adoption, and training across the region.
• Assist with Benefits understanding and uptake; evolve offerings to enhance employee experience.
