Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks an ERP Human Resources Senior Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM strategy, governance, and integration across HR processes. You will shape the HCM roadmap, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with HR leadership, Oracle, and partners to deliver secure, scalable HR tech solutions.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, data governance, and continuous improvement in workforce technology for the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration, IT, CS or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product roadmap, backlog, release priorities, and lifecycle.
• Lead transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce management, Absence management, Time & Labor, and HR Help Desk.
• Prioritize business demand based on workforce value, employee experience, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, Oracle ME, Journeys, Redwood UX, and self‑service capabilities.
• Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases, and changes.
• Ensure operational stability and service quality for payroll.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions, functional specifications, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
• Oversee integrations between HCM and Finance, Procurement, Learning, Recruitment, Attendance, Banking, and third‑party platforms.
• Ensure data quality, interface monitoring, reconciliation processes, reporting, HCM Extracts, and data loading governance.
• Enhance employee experience through self‑service capabilities and workforce enablement solutions.
• Maintain HCM controls, access governance, audit readiness, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Manage relationships with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
• Lead workshops, solution design discussions, UAT activities, training, adoption initiatives, and knowledge transfer programs.
• Define and monitor product, service, operational, and HR KPIs.
• Measure user adoption, employee experience, business value realization, and workforce outcomes.
• Provide clear communication on roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, and strategic decisions to stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Human Resources Senior Manager to lead the functional ownership, strategy, and continuous evolution of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related workforce technologies. As the HCM Product Owner and functional domain leader, you will be responsible for driving the HCM roadmap, workforce digital transformation initiatives, employee experience enhancements, service excellence, and the delivery of secure, scalable, and business‑focused HR technology solutions.

Working closely with HR leadership, Enterprise Architecture, technical teams, Oracle, and strategic partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future of workforce technology across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HCM Product Ownership & Workforce Transformation

• Own and manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product roadmap, backlog, release priorities, and lifecycle.
• Lead transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and HR Help Desk.
• Prioritize business demand based on workforce value, employee experience, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, Oracle ME, Journeys, Redwood UX, and self‑service capabilities.

Service Management & Operational Excellence

• Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases, and changes.
• Ensure operational stability and service quality for critical HR processes, including payroll.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements.

Solution Design, Integrations & Employee Experience

• Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions, functional specifications, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
• Oversee integrations between HCM and Finance, Procurement, Learning, Recruitment, Attendance, Banking, and third‑party platforms.
• Ensure data quality, interface monitoring, reconciliation processes, reporting, HCM Extracts, and data loading governance.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in one or more HCM modules.
• Oracle EBS HRMS certification or relevant Oracle EBS HCM experience.
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile Delivery, HR Transformation, or Project Management.

Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Oracle HCM applications across multiple modules.
• Experience managing HCM integrations and working with HR stakeholders, Oracle Support, and implementation partners.
• Previous experience as an HCM Product Owner or Product Manager is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AI‑enabled HR solutions, analytics, employee experience transformation, and Redwood UX is advantageous.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance, Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
• Expertise in Oracle ME, Journeys, HR Help Desk, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, and BPM workflows.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, privacy, controls, auditing, and access management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving, product ownership, and delivery management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Fast Formula, SQL Developer, Data Loader, and integration technologies is desirable.
