Job summary

Agile Consultants is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to lead employee engagement and onboarding, shaping a values-driven, high-performance culture across head office and sites in the UAE. The role focuses on end-to-end employee experience, from induction through ongoing engagement and leadership development support.

The candidate will drive the rollout of Vision, Mission, and Values, coordinate onboarding journeys, and partner with HR leadership to enhance succession planning and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Employee Engagement, People & Culture, Talent Development, or generalist HR.
• Experience with long-tenured or traditional workforces, ideally in construction or UAE-based sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and run employee engagement activities and report findings with recommendations to HR Manager.
• Own onboarding journey from pre-joining communication to induction and training plans during probation.
• Coordinate training logistics with department heads and external providers; track attendance and effectiveness.
• Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning in collaboration with HR Manager.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications on HR initiatives, policies, events, and culture updates.
