Job summary

Legacy Hotels Holding in Dubai is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support the daily operations of the People & Culture function, handling recruitment, onboarding, records, and engagement to ensure a smooth and positive workplace experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to administer benefits, respond to policy inquiries, and assist with visa processing while supporting training, reporting, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the onboarding of new colleagues and facilitate orientation programmes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date People & Culture records, databases, and files.
• Provide support in administering colleague benefits and responding to related inquiries.
• Handle colleague questions and concerns regarding People & Culture policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving colleague relations matters fairly and constructively.
• Coordinate logistics for training and development programmes.
• Contribute to the preparation of People & Culture reports, data tracking, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to enhance engagement and efficiency.
• Assist in organising People & Culture events, activities, and communications.
• Carry out administrative tasks to support smooth People & Culture operations.
• Collaborate with Government Relations to support employment visa processing and work permit requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable labour, immigration, and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver aligned People & Culture initiatives.
• Operate safely and responsibly, supporting colleague health and well-being while contributing to sustainability.
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
