Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive and coordinate organizational change initiatives in the UAE. You will oversee communications across multiple business lines, champion change, and develop readiness analyses to assess preparedness for upcoming changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading change management on large-scale organizational transformation programmes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience building change champion networks and embedding change methodologies.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
