Job summary

Edari is seeking a Change Manager to support business adoption and readiness across transformation initiatives for a leading semi-government organization in Dubai. The role focuses on employee engagement, change management frameworks, communication, training and adoption across implementation phases.

This is a 4-month contract that is highly renewable and reports to the Head of Transformation within the Transformation function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience supporting business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across transformation programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop engaging content for different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to quickly establish trust and accountability at different levels of an organization.
• Experience coaching and supporting stakeholders through organizational or process changes.
• Ability to quickly understand new business concepts, processes and organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support change management activities to create a connected and engaged business community throughout different phases of implementation.
• Support the execution of the programme change strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the Training team to support training communications, readiness and adoption.
• Work with the Communications team to develop and co-write programme communications, engagement materials and content.
• Support key business stakeholders in their role as change sponsors and help them guide their teams through periods of transition.
• Work with communities of change agents, supporting them as advocates and gathering feedback for the wider change programme.
• Track and report on change management activities, progress and agreed deliverables.
• Maintain continuous engagement across the business, adapting activities based on feedback and what works effectively.
• Coordinate and support engagement events, including roadshows and other key programme activities.
• Develop content for knowledge sharing and provide platforms for colleagues to share expertise and information.
• Support the Change Lead in executing the change management strategy across multiple phases of implementation.
• Support the execution and communication of Business Impact Assessment findings.
• Develop communication content, success stories, videos and other engagement materials to improve the employee experience and support adoption.
• Work closely with programme teams to ensure appropriate change support is embedded throughout the transformation journey.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Experience working within a shared services or centralized services environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content for different audiences.
• Ability to manage and adapt to multiple change initiatives and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and accountability at different levels of an organization.
• Experience coaching and supporting stakeholders through organizational or process changes.
• Ability to quickly understand new business concepts, processes and organizational challenges.
• Strong coordination and execution skills, with experience supporting engagement events, communications and change activities.
